Where do you operate?
We currently ship orders within the United States and to selected international destinations.
How long does shipping take?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment status at any time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — within the first 12 hours after placing it.

What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at maxennformen@gmail.com, including photos or a short video of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition.
For hygiene reasons, certain grooming or personal-care items (for example, teeth-whitening strips) can only be returned if they remain sealed and unopened.
Do your products have a warranty?
Yes. Every product includes a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as other secure online payment methods available at checkout (including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay).
Are the products authentic and safe?
Absolutely. Every item is sourced from trusted suppliers and meets quality-control standards.

Can my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes. If you purchase several items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
